Made microwave cake. It was at times flour-y and distinctly cocoa. I attribute this to using only 3 tsbp of sugar. I was daunted by the possibilty of crystallizing any other cake recipe. If you do try it, please let me know what you think of it.
4 Tablespoons of Flour (spelt)
4 Tablespoons of Sugar (turbinado)
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons of Oil
2 Tablespoons of water
a dash of salt
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in the mug until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
Gradually combine the oil with the dry contents of the mug. Add water in the same manner.
Make sure that the batter is free of great lumps or unmixed ingredients. Try not to overwork the batter.
Microwave your mug cake from 40 seconds to 1 minute. Let cool for 1 minute.
